Thank you for supporting Walkies & Whiskers and our “& Me Collection.” Because each tumbler is custom-made with your pet’s unique illustration, please read our refund and return policy carefully before ordering.

✨ Personalised Items

All personalised products, including custom tumblers, are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

This includes orders with:

• Custom pet portraits

• Names or personalised text

• Any made-to-order design choices

Please double-check all spellings, uploaded photos, and customisations before placing your order.

An email is required to sent a proof of your order. This needs to be accepted before postage can happen.

✨ Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll offer either:

• A replacement item, or

• A refund (in cases where a replacement is not possible)

✨ Change of Mind

As our products are personalised, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect photo uploads, or misspelled names entered during checkout.

✨ Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have started and cancellation may not be possible.

✨ Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost, please get in touch. We will work with the courier to locate it or arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Processing Time

All tumblers are made to order.
Please allow 5 - 7 working days for your order to be processed, created, and packaged with care before dispatch. They are personalised, created and packaged by hand so orders may take longer than your normal online purchases.

During busy periods (holidays for suppliers), processing times may be slightly longer, but I will always communicate any delays.

Shipping Method

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard.
This service typically delivers within 2–3 working days, but delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail.

Upgrades to faster postage may be available on request.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of any damage. I’ll always do my best to help resolve the issue.

Please note: once Royal Mail has accepted the parcel, delays caused by the courier are outside my control. However, I will support you in raising a claim where appropriate.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct at checkout.
I cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.

Local Delivery / Collection (Optional Section)

If you're a local dog-walking client, I can hand deliver your orders.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Where possible, orders are packed using recyclable or reusable packaging to reduce environmental impact.

To fulfil orders we must have a front facing photo of your pet with their name.

At Walkies & Whiskers, giving back is at the heart of what we do. For every tumbler sold, £1 is donated to a selected dog charity to help support rescue, welfare, and rehoming efforts.

How It Works

• For each tumbler purchased, £1 is set aside in a dedicated donation fund.

• Donations are collected over a 6-month period to allow the amount to grow and make a more meaningful impact.

• At the end of each 6-month cycle, the total amount raised is donated directly to the chosen charity.

• Proof of donation (e.g., receipts or screenshots) will be shared on our social media and/or website to maintain full transparency.

Why Every 6 Months?

Making a single larger donation:

• has a greater impact for the charity,

• reduces admin time and fees,

• and allows customers to clearly see the total raised by the community.

Choosing the Charity

We aim to donate to UK-based dog rescue or welfare organisations. If you’d like to suggest a charity, feel free to reach out — customer input is always welcome.
